Join Furness Amateur Radio Society

The annual subscription to join FARS is £10.00 (student members receive a 50% discount) payable to the Treasurer. Please note there is a £2.00 door charge (per person, per meeting ) for meetings held on a Wednesday at Hawcoat Park Sports Club.

In addition, donations are encouraged when you attend our meetings.

Joining a friendly local radio society who meet weekly with a social meeting and twice monthly for talk and demonstrations.

 Enjoy outdoor activities including portable meets, ARDF and 2m radio 'fox hunts'.

Take part in club special events such as Mills on the Air, Railways on the Air, JOTA and many more.
